Our very own John Edwardh and Drew Weich spent some time out at Strathcona Tweedsmuir School this snowy morning as a part of our partnership with DARE Foothills. The guys spoke to two grade six classes about the importance of staying away from drugs and drinking in moderation (when they’re old enough of course). After helping to hand out graduation medals and certificates, John and Drew stuck around to sign autographs and chat with the kids about hockey and life in general.
Last week players from the Oilers also attended DARE graduation ceremonies at Westmount and Percy Pegler Schools as well.
