Former Oiler D Man Craig Gans has helped SAIT to win it's 12th ACAC championship over the weekend.
SAIT took on their rivals from the north, the NAIT Ooks in the final series this season. The Trojans took the defending champion Ooks out in the minimal 2 games needed with a score of 7-5 on Friday night in Edmonton, and 3-2 back on home ice in Calgary on Saturday night.
