On behalf of the Okotoks Oilers, I would like to thank you for your unwavering support and loyalty to our organization this season. We are deeply sorry for the long line-ups and wait times experienced prior to this evenings game against the Calgary Canucks.
We are in the process of changing our ticketing software and as is the case with all new things, there can be a temporary adjustment period. We have already discussed potential fixes for the glitches that everyone saw tonight, and have set a meeting for early next week in order to find a permanent solution.
In the mean time we would like to remind you that tickets are available online at http://www.okotoksoilers.ca/tickets/tickets.html and at your local Okotoks Sobey's and Safeway stores. In order to avoid potential line-ups in the future, we ask you to use our online ticketing program and print your tickets at home if at all possible. This will enable you to select your seats and pay from the comfort of your own home. We promise, it is extremely easy to select seats and purchase your tickets online.
The Okotoks Oilers are privileged to have such passionate and loyal fans and we thank you for your patience and understanding while we solve this problem.
