Canalta Hotels Player of the Week & Alberta Ford Dealers Defensive Player of the Week
February 6th, 2017 – Canmore Eagles forward Braden Saretsky is the Canalta Hotels AJHL Player of the Week. In three games played during the week of January 30th – February 5th, Braden scored 5 goals and 6 points in three consecutive wins for the Eagles. The Alberta Ford Dealers AJHL Defensive Player of the Week is goaltender Riley Morris of the Okotoks Oilers. Morris was 2-0 for the Oilers last week and recorded his third shutout of the season.
